We held our first virtual school cooking class with St Julians School via zoom!

The pupils were tasked with making the famous dish; ‘Archie’s Amazing Seabass Noodles’. 

All the ingredients were delivered to the pupils homes, where they were taught how to fillet their fish and prep the other ingredients by our Executive Chef Pedro Da Costa. Alongside Pedro, were his ‘sous chefs’ Headmistress, Dr Mason and Founder, Frank Bothwell.
