Introducing our Head of Operations and Food

Gavin Young

After starting Thomas Franks in 2015, as one of our Development Chefs, Gavin flourished into his role and was given the opportunity to expand into our Chef Director, where for 4 years, took our food to a new level, by working closely with all of our chefs to expand their culinary knowledge. He also provides hands-on training and coaching, organises external visits to meet local suppliers and food markets and delivers inspiration for the development of our services to keep them fresh and popular.

With Gavin’s impressive experience at Le Manor aux Quatres Saisons and friendly, engaging personality makes him an ideal person to now lead our operations, as well as our food strategy.
