Yesterday, our team at Britvic Rugby put on a special Ghana Themed Day, complete with traditional food, music and outfits.

The roles reversed yesterday, where our two General Assistants, Christine and Valarie, became the Chefs for the day. The ladies showed the rest of the team how to prepare and cook some of their chosen traditional cuisine dishes from Ghana.

Just a few of the delicious, traditional dishes that were on the menu were gizzard khibabs, grilled tilapia, fried plantain and so much more!

We feel extremely lucky that Valarie and Christine shared their food and culture with us, and we can’t wait for many more days like this.
