NewsChange Please Coffee
We are delighted to be working in partnership with Change Please coffee. Change Please use the profits from every cup of coffee to train people experiencing homelessness to be baristas. They are then given a Living Wage paying job and an opportunity to change their lives for the better.
"If we can just get a small proportion of coffee drinkers to simply change where they buy their coffee, we could really change the world."
Cemal Ezel, Change Please, Founder.
THEIR STORY
Change Please launched in 2015 with one coffee cart in Covent Garden. Since then, we’ve gone from strength to strength and shop to shop, all whilst serving great tasting coffee. Change Please continues to grow dramatically, partnering with global businesses such as Virgin Atlantic, WeWork and David Lloyd to further our impact across the country. We have also launched our first site in Perth, Australia with others around the globe including Paris and Dublin due to follow their lead.
Since its humble beginnings Change Please has changed a lot with millions of coffees sold, dozens of new sites and brilliant partners supporting our mission. We’ve learnt many lessons along the way but our mission, values and ethos will always remain the same; we produce and serve great tasting coffee with 100% of the profits supporting people who have experienced homelessness to get back on their feet.
